Arrival in Srinagar | Mughal Gardens & Dal Lake
Airport pickup at 11 AM, then Nishat Garden — terraced lawns, cascading fountains, views across Dal Lake to the Zabarwan range. Later the University of Kashmir at Hazratbal. As evening sets in, a Shikara ride across Dal Lake, then check in to the houseboat for Nadru Yakhni, Rogan Josh, Waza Paneer and Firni.

Srinagar to Gulmarg | Meadow of Flowers
Harisa, Nun Chai and Girda for breakfast, then the drive to Gulmarg. The Gondola up to Phase I, Maharani Temple, St. Mary's Church, and as much of the meadow as you feel like walking. Pony rides are available at your own cost.

Gulmarg to Pahalgam | Saffron Fields & Lidder River
A scenic drive through saffron fields, apple orchards and Kashmiri villages. Pahalgam at an easy pace — a walk along the Lidder and the local market before dinner.

ABC Valley Excursion | Pahalgam to Daksum
The ABC circuit — Aru Valley's meadows and pine forests, Betaab Valley's streams, and Chandanwari, the gateway to the Amarnath Yatra, rugged and sometimes snow-covered. Then on to Daksum, an offbeat stop among dense forest and mountain streams.

Sinthan Top | Riverside Maggi & Soup Session
A full-day excursion to Sinthan Top — towering peaks, alpine landscape, and snow depending on the season. A long break by the river for a Maggi and soup session, photos, and a slow walk back. Return to Daksum for the night.

Daksum to Srinagar | Kokernag & Astanmarg
Back towards Srinagar, stopping at Kokernag for its botanical gardens, springs and trout streams, then Astanmarg for a panorama across the city, Dal and Nigeen. An evening at Lal Chowk for handicrafts, dry fruit and pashmina.
